This information is valid exclusively for the 3DFrame application (hereinafter "App") and for any sites or web applications used by the Vection Customer (hereinafter "Customer") who accesses and uses the application. If you do not agree to the terms as described below, you may not access or use the App, the Website, or any other aspect of the App's business. APPLICABILITY OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY This information does not apply to third-party applications or software that integrates with the App. Furthermore, we inform you that the Client company (the "Customer") which intends to install the App on its platform, receives instructions by means of a separately stipulated contract (the "Contract) which regulates access and the conditions of use of the App, the processing of messages, the insertion of files, projects, contact data or contact details of the Customer and his invitees (collectively, "Customer Data"). INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE 3DFrame may collect and receive data and other information in various ways: Customer data. If an investigation reveals that a child under this age has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal information from our systems. User data. Customers (through their authorized employees) or individuals who have been granted access to a Workspace by a Customer (all hereinafter "users") submit Data to 3DFrame upon first access and when they use the App. The information can in fact be provided directly and voluntarily by the Users or, if Invited or Spectators, through the Customer. HOW WE USE INFORMATION The Customer's personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes: 1. Correct management of the service is required also for the stipulation, fulfillment and management of the contract and the fulfillment of the obligations deriving from and connected to the contract itself. Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, your consent is not required. The data acquired for these purposes are retained by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax assessments). 2. Administrative management, invoicing, production of documentation and all administrative, fiscal and accounting activities. Contractual relationships and legal obligation - 10 years from the last service. 3. The Customer in this case is the Data Controller. A Contract has been stipulated between the Owner and the Manager which includes the definition of Vection's role as external Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Art. 28 EU 2016/679. If you have received an invitation to participate in a workspace, the Customer is directly responsible for the protection of your personal data and, in case of doubts, you can directly contact the Customer who forwarded the invitation. The Customer uses the 3DFRAME App according to the terms and conditions included in the Agreement and as required by applicable law. All data entered by the Customer into the App, including the personal data of guests/participants, may also be intercepted incidentally by Vection as the Customer's Data Processor. The Customer in this case is the Data Controller. A Contract has been stipulated between the Owner and the Manager which includes the definition of Vection's role as external Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Art. 28 EU 2016/679. If you have received an invitation to participate in a workspace, the Customer is directly responsible for the protection of your personal data and, in case of doubts, you can directly contact the Customer who forwarded the invitation. Customers may, for example, use the features of the App to grant and remove access to a Workspace, assign roles and configure settings, access, modify, export, share and remove Company Data and apply otherwise way its policies to the Services. In all of the above, Vection is completely unrelated. DATA RETENTION 3DFrame may retain information about you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include retaining your other information after you deactivate your account for the period of time necessary to pursue the legitimate interests described above or by legal obligation. The App will retain user data in accordance with the Customer's instructions. Deletion of Customer Data and Customer's other use of the Services may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of certain associated Other Information. For more details, please contact the Customer. HOW WE SHARE AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION We do not sell your information to third parties or disclose it in exchange for money or other consideration. Communication with third parties is expected, to achieve the purposes, to third-party companies with which the Data Controller has entered into an external Manager or Sub-Manager agreement according to Art. 28 EU 2016/679. SAFETY 3DFrame implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks associated with the processing and nature of such data and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you provide will not be intercepted in transmission to and from us over the Internet. In particular, emails sent to or from the App may not be secure and you should therefore take particular care when deciding what information you send to us via email. Any unauthorized access to or use of this Service or information collected and maintained by this Service should be immediately brought to our attention by emailing us at the above address. ‍RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (ART. 15-22 of the GDPR) The interested party is granted the rights referred to in the articles. from 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable.
